How to Open a Support Ticket

  • To open a case click on the Support tab
  • Upon arriving on the support tickets page click on the green button labeled Open New Ticket
  • To successfully create a new ticket the following fields are required to be filledin:
    • Priority
    • Department
    • Subject
    • Message
    • Attachments are optional and have the following restrictions:
      • 5 maximum attachments
      • 50 MB attachment size limit
      • .jpg .jpeg .png .pdf .txt .zip are allowed

Adding Support Ticket Comments

  • To add a comment to a case click on the Details button of the ticket that you wish to add comments on
  • On the details view of your ticket scroll down and you will see a text box to add any new case comments
    • You can also add any attachments that you may have to the case comments
      • Attachments are optional and have the following restrictions:
        • 5 maximum attachments
        • 50 MB attachment size limit
        • .jpg .jpeg .png .pdf .txt .zip are allowed

How to Close a Support Ticket

  • On the details view of your ticket click the red button labeled as Close Ticket
  • In order to close your ticket we require you to provide us with a reason to closing your ticket
    • Once you provided a reason for closing your ticket, click on the green button labeled as Close Ticket and your ticket will be closed
