How to Open a Support Ticket
- To open a case click on the Support tab
- Upon arriving on the support tickets page click on the green button labeled Open New Ticket
- To successfully create a new ticket the following fields are required to be filledin:
- Priority
- Department
- Subject
- Message
- Attachments are optional and have the following restrictions:
- 5 maximum attachments
- 50 MB attachment size limit
- .jpg .jpeg .png .pdf .txt .zip are allowed
- To add a comment to a case click on the Details button of the ticket that you wish to add comments on
- On the details view of your ticket scroll down and you will see a text box to add any new case comments
- You can also add any attachments that you may have to the case comments

How to Close a Support Ticket
- On the details view of your ticket click the red button labeled as Close Ticket
- In order to close your ticket we require you to provide us with a reason to closing your ticket
- Once you provided a reason for closing your ticket, click on the green button labeled as Close Ticket and your ticket will be closed
