OffsiteDataSync's Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Solution allows mission-critical data to be replicated, in real-time, from a production server to an actively waiting backup server. Any changes to specified critical data are continuously sent to the active backup server.

What this includes:

1. Standby, Boot-On-Demand Offsite Server provided by OffsiteDataSync
2. At least the Single Point in Time Retention Service by OffsiteDataSync
3. Customer RPO of no less than 4 hours

How it works:
We provide an active-standby mode server and data retention service that mirrors both configuration of your systems and your production environment on no less than a 4-hour schedule.
System configuration, database and other content changes at the main and recovery locations are retained twice daily of your mission-critical production environments.
Server, network and storage platforms are seamlessly virtualized in this solution offering. This service is designed for businesses that are entering the Disaster Recovery market and need to plan for access to mission-critical applications.

In either or a blended solution offering we provide an infrastructure from which all or a select number of employees and devices can operate in disaster-mode. A virtual "desk for every employee" is standard in our active-active hot information disaster recovery solution and is a-la-carte in our virtualized stand-by warm disaster recovery solution.

Disaster Recovery Compliance and Operational Testing

Having a recovery plan is an important step, but just as important is ensuring that the plan is reliable. A quarterly simulation recovery is recommended to verify the activation procedure. Full testing of hardware / OS, backup / restore and device compatibility will ensure a seamless data restore process.
