We have enacted a Business Continuity Plan to ensure you continue to receive outstanding Data Protection Services and support from our teams. We will deliver on these promises, uncompromisingly, while safeguarding the health of our employees.
We have in place the right infrastructure, processes, and employees to support all our customers and partners from remote environments. As a worldwide company, J2 Global and its Data Protection business is not location-dependent and has an agile and globally distributed workforce. In fact, most of our employees are already adept at working remotely and routinely do so. This has created a style of agile and collaborative work that is deeply embedded in our culture. It is this work style that ensures being physically separated from our colleagues during this time, or any time, does not impact our ability to do our jobs or provide the level of service our customers and partners demand.
Our teams will continue to support and deliver World Class Data Protection Services to all of our customers globally. Where COVID-19 restrictions are in place, our team will use video calls, telephone calls, chat, and email communications.
